SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery Timeframes

All orders will be processed within 2 business days and you will be provided with a tracking number once the item has been prepared for delivery. In some circumstances, your order may come in multiple packages with multiple carriers and tracking numbers.

Please allow the following time frames for delivery:

  • Metro areas: 5 business days
  • Regional areas: 5-7 business days
  • Remote areas: 7-14 business days

Please note that the above delivery times are a guide only and will be subject to our couriers delivery time frames.

Delivery Address

We ship to Australian address only.  For some items, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Collect address. In any case, If you have provided an address for items we can’t deliver to, we will contact you for an alternative address.  If no alternative address can be provided, we will cancel your order and issue you a refund.

We cannot change the delivery address once orders have been placed.  If you need to redirect your order, you will need to contact the carrier directly (with the supplied tracking number).

Signature on Delivery

All items are shipped with “Authority to Leave” prior to the item being shipped.  Once delivered by the carrier imageit.com.au will not be responsible for any items that are lost or damaged.

You can request a signature on delivery.  If no one is available to sign for the item, it will be taken to the carrier’s collection point for you to collect.

Returned to Sender / Delivery not possible

In some cases, items that are not collected will be returned to us from the carrier. If this occurs, we will process a refund, minus the return shipping and any other shipping costs initially paid.
